IN-APP PURCHASES AVAILABLE IF YOU WISH, OR STICK TO THE FREE BENEFITS- In-app purchases available which allow for more emergency contacts to be added as well as a phone call option should you want this, or you may just choose to stick to the free option. We leave this up to our customers!

THINGS TO NOTE:
-DO NOT trigger the alarm by pressing it many times in a short period of time (for example pressing it 3 times in 15 minutes) as you will block the alarm and will not be able to use it for a few days. This is because too many text messages will be sent out, and the system will block the device thinking the user is not using the device for its intended purpose. Only use the alarm in emergency situations and for it’s intended purpose. This item is not a toy.
-Please CHARGE the alarm upon arrival. The alarm is brand new and therefore not charged.
-In order to effectively use the 30 second voice recording, text message and email function of the alarm, you MUST:
Be connected to cellular data/WiFi
The app MUST be running in the background of your phone. Just ensure you are not closing the app on your phone
Bluetooth connection must be on.
As with most technology devices, the SMS and text function will not work if you are in an area with no service.
